... well here is one idea. I am not suggesting this is the best one but it might be worth checking the SLED list for requests such as this?

Hi, For one of my projects, I need a checklist tool that will display an interactive checklist for an evaluator who is observing a communication between two avatars. The evaluator should be able to check off items in the list as they observe that the communicators have met each requirement. Ideally, the data could be saved to a database or at least emailed to a designated recipient for later analysis or reference.
Does anyone on the list know of such an animal? If not, anyone have suggestions on how to build one? Alternatively, anyone interested in building such a tool on a contract basis? Any ideas or suggestions in this regard would be most welcome.
